性能用途：

多晶硅生產(chǎn)和研磨過(guò)程中產(chǎn)生廢水量較大，未回收利用的氯硅烷低沸物和氯化氫、提純分離塔的不凝氣體，還原爐開(kāi)停爐置換尾氣各系統(tǒng)檢修時(shí)的置換尾氣等工藝廢氣經(jīng)尾氣淋洗塔淋洗處理產(chǎn)生的酸性廢水量與工藝廢氣的排放量、氯硅烷和氯化氫的濃度有直接關(guān)系，這部分廢水中主要污染物為鹽酸和氯硅烷水解產(chǎn)生的SIO2、以及廢酸液，采用石灰中和、絮凝沉淀及壓濾后，去除硅膠及懸浮物，通過(guò)蒸發(fā)脫鹽，該廢水高鈣、高硬、高堿，高溫蒸發(fā)極易結(jié)垢。

SGR1105是專門針對(duì)多晶硅廢水蒸發(fā)濃縮時(shí)的阻垢分散劑，在高鈣、高堿度、高硫酸根和高硅的工況下仍有良好的阻垢效果。

使用方法：

將SGR1105專用阻垢分散劑在加藥罐中稀釋后通過(guò)計(jì)量泵，按計(jì)量隨廢水一起加入蒸發(fā)器中，也可直接加入原液。一般用量為80～150ppm，根據(jù)水質(zhì)情況確定具體用量。藥劑使用之前應(yīng)將加藥箱和管線置換沖洗干凈，避免影響使用效果。

包裝貯運(yùn)：

用25kg、200 kg、1000kg塑料桶包裝，存放于陰涼干燥處，貯存期十二個(gè)月，搬運(yùn)時(shí)小心輕放，防止撞擊。
